Free Intro Yoga Class
First Saturday of every month join us for a free intro to yoga class! Learn a bit of the history, poses and breath practices. Yoga mats and props avalible, bring yourself, water bottle, clothes to move in (perhaps exercise or comfortable wear) bring your parents, friends, teenagers, everyone interested!
